Coachella Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning people who live or have lived in Coachella, California. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a city, county, state office, court, library, or other custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the reference only in a lawful manner. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)

- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency Status
Coachella Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1681 and following. Neither the reference nor a result returned by a linked search tool is a consumer report, and neither may be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.

References to public access on the Coachella pages include the California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 and following, while personal-data rights may arise under the California Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code sections 1798.100 and following, as amended.
12. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
